These homes part of the Harb’r Stone Village will be the perfect articulation of these values.

Each home features a spacious Foyer, Greatroom, and adjacent Powder Room. A grand Kitchen with a large island, and Pantry with adjacent Covered Porches are a beautiful feature. In addition each home has 3 Bedrooms, with accompanying Ensuites and large or walk-in style closets. Other features include a spacious garage, numerous storage spaces and a laundry room.

The schemes designed for this project by our team are designed to be interchangeable and therefore personalized for each owner.
The design concept for the three finish schemes is based on three basic factors: One being the architecture of the house, two being the location of the dwelling and third being the year 2021.
Interior layouts, finishes, furniture, and lighting are similar to that of the fashion industry. Each year or season brings a fresh set of ideas or releases. Although we incorporate the latest design ideas, the Fox Harb’r Homes are by no means trendy. The Arts and Crafts influence of the architecture grounds the interior design, giving it a timeless and enduring quality.
Kitchen (Seabrezze Home Plan Rendered in Pure Coastal Scheme)
The Fox Harb’r location directly influences every interior design decision made for the three home palettes. Situated ocean side, but in a climate that has four definitive seasons, simply put, it means that the design concept must adapt or to be fluid enough to be comfortable in the height of summer or the dead of winter.
The interiors are all ‘built’ around an earthy yet fresh, natural colour palette. Both cool and warm accent colours are introduced to compliment the neutral tones. Soft to deep ocean blues are the major accent, with sand and terracotta tones playing the supporting roles. These colours and tones provide the punch and add the playful element of colour that is warming in the winter months but surprisingly flattering in the summer months. Our three schemes are aptly named Pure, Fresh and Deep Coastal.

Current home trends are emphasizing wellness and thus sustainable materials have become even more important in the design and fit out if a home. The introduction of ‘Work from Home’ spaces are all important as COVID has introduced a new concept into our homes. In addition, our staycation outdoor spaces are now more important than ever. Spectacular outdoor opportunities will be highlighted in each of the three home designs.
The selected materials and furnishings will allow these spaces to be used as two to three season venues.
